GEMS can provide Mystery Shoppers to come into your business establishment and while utilizing your services they will also be observing your employees. The Mystery shopper will then complete a report that we submit to you. This report can be used during employee evaluations and/ to improve upon the company’s customer relations.
Our trained mystery shoppers are assigned to assess physical locations, websites, apps, and contact centers of our clients using a pre-standardized questionnaire. Our shoppers are trained to analyze the data gathered; integrate them with other research insights; so we can make business impact recommendations to our clients.

How long are your contracts?
Customers can request services on a case-by-case bases or they can enter into an annual contract. Clients prefer long term contracts because of the significant discounts received on pricing. We have clients that have consistently renewed their contracts for up to ten years.

The cost of service depends on the service and the cost can range from $50 for single service to thousands of dollars typically on long term or more intricate services.
How do I cancel the service?
Services requested on a case by case bases have no lock-in clauses and therefore a customer can cancel their request at any time. Depending on the services some non-refundable fees may apply. These are written into the company’s policies.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
